Once a month, leading up to the onset of our period, many of us turn into a creature unrecognisable to our regular, non pre-menstrual selves.
Often, it’s not until we’re in the middle of a flaming, tearful row with some unfortunate individual that we realise why. It’s that time again. Pre-menstrual symptoms can be distressing, so is there anything we can do when the hormones kick in – and make us go haywire?
