Creeping realisation
I knew that my weight had slowly been creeping up over the years but I finally decided to face up to it and do something about it. I wanted to feel comfortable in my clothes without them feeling tight all the time – and before I was forced to buy the next size up.

Online flexibility
I had tried various forms of weight loss before but never WeightWatchers so I decided to give it a go. My job as a Stage Manager means I work erratic and often long hours so the Online option was the best choice for me as its so flexible and there 24/7!

Full on filling foods
Since starting to follow Weight Watchers I’ve realised just how bad my diet was before. It was a running joke amongst my friends that I wouldn’t touch anything green! I now incorporate a wide range of fruit and vegetables into my daily diet and actually really enjoy them! I have discovered not only how much better eating these types of foods is for my body and health but also that they keep me fuller for so much longer than the processed foods I was eating before.

Pedal power
At the same as starting Weight Watchers I also bought a bike and started to cycle to work. At the time this was a round trip of around 11 miles every day. At first this was a real struggle but I started to really enjoy it and have now become hooked on cycling - I have to get on my bike every day otherwise I get withdrawal symptoms!

Support and motivation
Throughout my weight loss I had great support from my partner aswell as friends at work. This really helped me stay motivated. As did seeing the Online Weight Tracker going down every week! I also feel that I was in the right mind set at the time for achieving my goal – and when that is the case I can be very determined.

That size 10 dress
I have finally found a weight that I feel happy at and am able to maintain. Reaching this weight has certainly improved my confidence and it is a fantastic feeling when clothes fit perfectly. Especially the size 10 Karen Millen dress that I’d had my eye on for awhile!

Complete control
Weight Watchers has allowed me to have complete control over my diet. I love the fact you can eat whatever you like, just in moderation. I now understand what I need to cut back on, without feeling I’m missing out. I no longer use the POINTS Tracker but I still subscribe to Weight Watchers Online as I like to look for recipes and I know the Tracker is still there if I need it! I still weigh myself and log my weight every Monday. I find the whole website incredibly user friendly and easy to use – I would recommend it to anyone.
