How to mentor your teenage children

No doubt about it, teenagers face huge pressures as they navigate their lives. And it's no easy journey for parents, either. When a teenager is struggling, parents can feel at a loss as to how to help. But help may be at hand. Mentorship aims to teach teens life skills and provide valuable support in good and bad times.

As parents, we could learn a lot from the mentoring system to enhance the way we parent our own teens.
